January Pollyisms
Polly turns 5 years old! We celebrated Polly's 5th birthday on January 11! She had a week of parties to celebrate her special day. Hard to believe it's been 5 years (i'm thinking it seems more like 10 years but don't tell her that). We were blessed to have all of our KY family down for her big party at Fun Expedition. She picked all her party themes (Littlest Pet shop, Doggie, and Unicorn)!
Papaw and cousin Gracie doing some bowling!
Let's make a Deal!!
Aunt Jackie and Baby J enjoying some nascar racing!
Ms. Grace mastering the motorcycle!
Every little girl needs pink cowboy boots when riding their Harley!
Paul and Polly getting ready to tear up the speedtrack
Look at all those sweet faces!

Polly got to celebrate her big day with her special friends at her CN preschool!

Ms. Polly's sweet teachers, Mrs. Rebecca & Mrs. Nancy
We had a sweet little family party on her real birthday at the house!

Ms. Polly opening some presents!

Ms. Ruth & Baby Jameson
I hate Pinatas but Ms. P insisted. It was do-able with only 2 kids!
Our annual birthday trip to IHOP!!!
"Love me some birthday pancakes!"
Pollyisms
1. When watching "Cat in the Hat" for the 50th time, Polly told her sister to quit saying "FIREDDDD" (aka fired as in fired from a job with the /d/ overemphasized) because that meant she was going to get on fire. -( i still forget how literal 5 year old's can be).
2. Mommie do doggies have brains? I commented "yeah". She added "well some of them don't have good ones (i.e., our lazy cognitively challenged graddy dog)!

so good to see you today my country star friend. why is it that we live in the same neighborhood and never get to visit? anyways, polly's party was son fun for the girls and we enjoyed the pics. hope you learned at least something useful today---it was so fun to get together. hope all is well for the fam.
